A 32-page rhyming children's picture book, aimed towards young readers. It's a simple rhyming tale about a boy who meets a group of squirrel monkeys at a zoo, and together they cause mischief and mayhem - much to the distress of the zookeeper! My aim for the story is to encourage exploration, and celebrate what children can learn through play. Written and fully illustrated by myself, I'm a Little Monkey was the project I worked on for my MA Children's Book Illustration course. It was successfully funded on Kickstarter which allowed me to self-publish the book.
